The DHP Mission

The DHP mission is to encourage, support and prioritise mental health and wellbeing- whatever that may 'look' like.

Why? Because if it feels overwhelming it's because it is. If it's impacting you, it matters, and deserves to be heard.

Every individual is worthy of the time and space required to gently unpack life's circumstances. Every individual is worthy of a safe, judgement free pocket of time that allows them to make sense of, process and move through the difficult experiences placed on them.

No one should suffer in silence.

It ain't weak to speak.

Over 3000 Australians die by suicide each year.

That's an average of about 9 deaths per day.

Any variations in the overall suicide rate in Australia is directly driven by changes in male suicide statistics.

It is estimated that the impact of suicide deaths are felt by up to 135 people, including family members, work colleagues, friends and first responders at the time of death.
